HS4010 -- High voltage, with temperature compensated, high accuracy, bipolar hall switch

HS4010 is highly integrated, high voltage bipolar hall switch, especially work for the electronic commutation for the brushless motor(BLDC). It includes a voltage adjusting element, a temperature compensating element, a dynamic bias elimination unit, and an open collector output of the 20mA. It uses a unique temperature compensated circuit, operating temperature range of -40 to 150 degrees.

It uses a unique and proprietary voltage resistance technology, the working voltage can reach 80V and -70V(1 second), reach continuous 65V and -35V, operation and release magnetic field is not affected by any effect.

Bipolar hall switch, is refers to the S pole magnetic field induce, and the magnetic field strength is greater than operate point Bop, Hall output to a low level; when the N pole magnetic induce, and magnetic field strength is less than release point Brp, Hall output to a high level.
